- 1Re-enter your credentials exactly as issued. Expired or mistyped logins cause most 401 and "invalid details" errors.
- 2Test the same stream on a second device. If it fails everywhere, the problem is the server, not your hardware.
- 3Switch your DNS to 1.1.1.1 and retry. ISP DNS routing is a common cause of channels timing out.
- 4Clear your player's cache, then reload the playlist. Stale playlists cause parser exceptions and crashes.
