What is ISP Throttling?

When they detect heavy video streaming unassociated with massive corporate partners like Netflix or YouTube, they deliberately slow down (throttle) those specific packets to save bandwidth.

How to Tell If You Are Being Throttled

The Only Real Fix: VPN Encryption
